  • The Law Superstore’s Matthew Briggs explains how the platform represents a unique proposition in the marketplace – a comparison tool that represents a one-to-one matching process.

Unlike other platforms, The Law Superstore doesn’t allow a client to send their legal request in multiple directions. A law firm will only receive that one enquiry from that one particular client.

Unlike other comparison tools where you would make a request for a service, which would be sent out to a number of law firms who would then reply with their quotes, The Law Superstore works in a very different and much more targeted way.

The client will select a legal service provider based on the criteria that are important to them and the legal enquiry will go through to that specific law firm – that is it. There is no way that enquiry can be recycled and be sent to any other law firms. It is a one-on-one relationship between client and the law firm.
