All solicitors comply with Chapter 9 of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (“SRA”) Handbook ‘Fee Sharing and Referrals’ - http://www.sra.org.uk/solicitors/handbook/code/part3/rule9/content.page . Any solicitor or registered European lawyer to whom we may refer you is an independent professional from whom you will receive impartial and confidential advice. You are free to choose another solicitor or registered European lawyer.
The Solicitors Regulation Authority (the independent regulatory body of the Law Society of England and Wales) permits solicitors to make agreements with their introducing sources for referral work. Such agreements must comply with Chapter 9 of the SRA Handbook ‘Fee Sharing and Referrals’ which contains strict rules to safeguard your interests as the customer. The Law Superstore and the panel solicitors have entered into a formal referral agreement under Chapter 9. The Law Superstore will charge each quoting solicitor or legal services provider a fee for quoting on their behalf.
Partners on The Law Superstore who are regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, have signed an agreement with us confirming compliance with the CLC's Guidance Note 6 Disclosure of Profits and Advantages, Issue 2, (March 2009).
Partners on The Law Superstore who are accredited by the Institute of Professional Will writers adhere to a Code of Practice approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, have taken specialist examinations and undergo regular professional training

Returned Leads Policy
Online Legal services The Law Superstore validates every single email address before we send any leads to you. If the customer has not confirmed their email address, you will not receive the lead.
- We do not validate phone numbers.
- To apply for a refund for a lead, access your ‘Case Manager’ via the partner dashboard, select the lead you wish to return and change the status to ‘False Lead’ Your request will be reviewed by The Law Superstore team.
-We will deduct duplicate leads from your invoice. We define these as using the same email address to register for the same service on more than one occasion within 28 days.
- You will not be charged for our test leads. Any email address using [email protected] or [email protected] can be discounted.
If you receive a lead from us and are unsure whether to request a credit, here are the parameters to consider:
The Law Superstore will credit your account if it fits one of the following criteria.
- It is clear from the email address that the registration is from a competitor
- The user has entered a self-destructing or temporary email address, [email protected]
- The lead is a duplicate request in which the same user has used a different email address but for the same matter within the last 28 days. Occasionally we get partners or husband/wife both registering.
If a customer leaves a false number it could be that they have made a mistake, but it could also be that they would prefer to be contacted by e-mail. The email address will have been verified by the customer who will have clicked on a link we sent them before we forward their details to you.

We aim to resolve any complaint you have about the service we have given you as quickly as possible.
If you have made the complaint over the phone or in a meeting, we will set out our understanding of the situation to ensure we have fully understood your situation. Our assessment of the complaint will be based upon a reasonable and adequate examination of the evidence. We will contact you in writing to explain our findings. If your complaint is endorsed will promptly offer remedial action or redress.
Once we have received your complaint will write to you within 7 days to explain how your complaint will be investigated. The investigation should be not more than 28 days after we receive your complaint.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our handling of your complaint, you will be given the opportunity to request a review by an alternative senior manager within our company. You will be told about the conclusion of this review within 28 days of the second review. The process for this request will be set out within your full response to your complaint.
