In order to keep costs down (but advice up!) meetings are by phone and video, which save a lot of time for both of us. You won't deal with a PA, your will deal with me throughout.
There is a very brief initial questionnaire, then a full discussion prior to send you the draft for approval.
Once it is agreed I will send out the originals for signing with instructions and at no extra charge, if you return then to me, I will check for errors (which are VERY common in the signing process), before sending them off for registration.
Our terms are 50% on commencement, balance when the drafts are approved.
Once everything is signed and checked you will also need to pay the Office of the Public Guardians fee, typically £82 per LPA.
